Our room was big and clean. Water at the shover was super hot. Very nice parking where we parked our car and bikes. Pool was just few steps away from our room. There was hot breakfast available just walking distance at another hotel. Young man at the reception was super nice; answered all our questions about Mackinaw City and ferry trip to the island. My kids left googles at the pool. I realized that when I got home. I called hotel and they mailed me these googles. That was really nice of them.

The king, jacuzzi suite was a very large room. It looks a little dated and I prefer much more light, but it was comfortable and clean. This suite had brand new carpet which was nice. The bed is firm and comfortable as we're the pillows. The breakfast is truly a continental breakfast; cold cereal, yogurt, mini muffins and bread for toast. The breakfast bldg is on-site, a deck with outdoor seating and plenty of tables inside and was clean. Would stay here again.

I did not eat breakfast so I can not rate the food. I did enjoy the stay and thought that the room exceeded my expectations of the place. At first, you think it may be a dive or dump, but once in the room the beds were comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The bathroom was a little less desirable but it worked. The shower was clogged we were able to unclog it and use the shower. I Would def. Stay again.

The room was spacious. The staff was so friendly. Great price. Even though there are some things that could have been better they are personal preference. I would definitely recommend.

We were left alone for the 3 days stay. The check in clerk was very helpful and polite. They had a hot tub.

Had the best seats in mackinaw city for the fireworks; right out our room door on the balcony Manager was super friendly and helpful. Gave ideas of places to eat. Called me by name everytime I spoke with him and he turned our air conditioner prior to our arrival.

I loved pretty much everything. The environment was the most comfortable of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was very accommodating and not rude at all! The location was great, even though it was in town it still felt like there was a separation of the two.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very, very nice young man who I believe was the assistant manager. We arrived an hour before our check-in time but the young man was happy to let us in early. The room is clean, the bed was super comfortable and we really lacked for nothing. Great access to I-75, easy on and easy off. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Good price, great location, and staff was amazing. This is the 3rd time here. This, by far, was my favorite room. I liked being on the corner.

Very friendly staff!!!! Rooms were clean, they very very accommodating and easy to talk to. First time in all my travels I actually slept in a bed I trusted that didn’t feel greasy.
